This local act (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) was developed in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” in connection with the collection of personal data using information and telecommunication networks, namely through a website located on a domain name nwse.pro (hereinafter referred to as the Site), and determines the Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data, and also contains information about the requirements for the protection of personal data implemented by the Operator.
This Policy applies to all information that the Operator can receive about the user while using the Site.
Using the Site means the user’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the user must refrain from using the Site.
1.Personal information of users received and processed by the Operator

The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites that may contain a mention of our Site and from which links to the Site may be made, as well as links from this Site to other Internet sites. Users of the Site should read the privacy policy and/or terms of use of each site they visit.
1.3. The Operator generally does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by users and does not exercise control over their legal capacity. However, the Operator assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the application form.
2.Purposes of collecting and processing personal information of users

4. Requirements for the protection of personal data implemented by the Operator
4.1. The operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.2. Ensuring the security of personal data is achieved, in particular, through:
4.2.1. determination of threats to the security of personal data during their processing in information systems of personal data;
4.2.2. assessing the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the security of personal data;
4.2.3. detecting facts of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures to prevent them.
4.3. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties (including Internet providers that ensure the technical availability of the site at the user’s location), regarding the protection of communication channels through which information is transmitted to or from the Site, and also does not guarantee the constant availability of the Site and its smooth operation.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
5.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
