VersaMax

VersaMax is a easily customizable waste compactor designed to meet various needs of the waste and recycling industry customers. The speed, capacity and press power can be tailored according to the customers’ needs and even upgraded afterwards as a retrofit with very affordable costs in case the usage or circumstances change over the lifetime of the product.
VersaMax can be fitted with a 2-part gate solution (both the compactor and container) that reduces littering and allows the usage of the feeding hopper even when the container is being emptied. The container fastening can also be made with hydraulics allowing a very efficient logistics in heavy use locations.

Even in the manual change procedure the container has a semiautomatic uncoupling solution and reset sequence to help the
emptying process. VersaMax can also be tailored to difficult waste fractions, such as dry process reject waste and very large cardboard. For these cases the slightly longer VersaMax L with an exceptionally deep ram penetration will effectively minimize the littering during the container uncoupling process. VersaMax press compactor is excellent choice for sorting plants, printing houses, paper factories and local reloading stations for municipal solid waste.

Intelligent SMART technology on the compactors contributes to more cost-efficient and safe operation. Device settings can be individually adjusted to best meet various waste management requirements. The compactors monitor their usage and adapt to anomalies in order to protect both the operator and the components.

EPC & MiniEPC compactors feature Europress SMART connectivity readiness as standard, enabling integration to the Europress SMART Fleet Management system. The system provides insights on asset data and tools for streamlined fleet management.
